Terms of use, and of booking
The terms of a bookingShort, and meant to be read. Using this site, or booking through it, accepts them.
Age
Eighteen and over on both sides; a doubt is enough to decline. No page here is explicit: glamour and lifestyle photographs, softened faces, no nudity, described on the photo policy.
What is paid for
Time, and company, for the hours named. Nothing else is offered or implied here. What consenting adults choose in private is theirs, charged for by nobody.
Confirmation
A booking exists once Tamsin has confirmed companion, hour, address and total in writing on WhatsApp or Telegram; that written version governs, over a phone call, a cached page or any other website. A hotel needs your name, building and room number, or nobody leaves.
The tariff in practice
The ladder stands on the rates page and does not move for an address. The confirmed total goes to your companion, in pounds, when she arrives, her journey within the central zones inside it.
A booking under way
An engagement that has started is paid for. Nothing is refunded, in part or whole: a guest finishing sooner than planned, booked hours left to pass, a change of mind, an evening she closes under the clause below. Time counts from the agreed hour.
Notice, and the shortfall
Three hours or more and a booking moves or ends free. Inside two hours, half the fee applies; nobody there is the whole of it. A late start is given fifteen minutes, then the shortfall comes off the hours.
Conduct on both sides
Courtesy is the only rule, and reciprocal. A companion may close an evening at any moment, keep the fee in full and give no reason: fear for her own safety, rudeness, aggression, pressure beyond limits she has set, a guest intoxicated, an unlawful request, filming or recording without written consent. Her judgement of her safety decides it, and nothing is given back.
What we do not ask for
Never a password, a code, a gift card, a photograph of a card, a card number, a copy of a passport or identity page, or money to a number or account we have not linked. A message of that kind is a fraud.
The companions
Independent adults, each here at her own asking, picking her guests and hours, free to withdraw. Nobody is held to anything; the Modern Slavery Helpline is reachable at https://www.modernslaveryhelpline.org/. Availability changes hourly, so if she becomes unavailable another is offered or the booking ends at no cost. A profile page describes; it offers nothing.
Liability and law
This house introduces adults; it answers for nothing two adults decide privately and warrants only this page. Where the law allows a limit, it is the fee paid for the booking at issue; a guest answers for damage where the evening happened; a struck clause leaves the others. England and Wales law governs, with complaints to the WhatsApp number. A booking is read against the text published that day, revisable any time.
